If so what changes would you make to it?

Yes, it is. It isn't obvious what industry you are in or what you provide.

Since this is the hairdressing industry, one would think a high quality photo of a couple of beautiful people with great hair would be more appropriate than the flower you are considering adding?

Then, make it blatantly obvious what your software does.

I would experiment with some variations on the colours you have. While a unified colour scheme is good, you've chosen a very flat, dull colour to work with. It needs vibrancy, and I think you should take a colour key from the photo you eventually chose.
