I've been told you can run it on a Linux box. It's possible, but it just plays nicer with Windows.

there is an addin/addon to run ASP on apache web servers.

Yeah you can install it via CPAN. I'm trying to get it to work on my linux machine but the SCSI controller is messed up and needs to be replaced so I have yet to get Linux working right.

But its supposedly pretty easy from the CPAN command line you just do (providing your connected to the internet)

install bundle Apache::ASP

and it should install it all.
