How goto the page down after submitted it to itself

Hi,

I met a question, when a page has been submitted to itself, currently, the page always show the page topside after reload. Now, who can tell me how to go to the first position after reload ?

On the other word, assume there is a webpage that include 10 Forms,current page just can show the Form from 1 to 5. Thru the scrolling-bar, work on the Form 7, and then submit it to itself. i can saw the page has been reload, but it's topside now, how to goto Form 7 also after reload ?

I'm pretty sure if you add an anchor-location to the end of the URL, it will direct where to go on the page... Thus you would have:
<a href="#form7"></a>
<form action="www.thispage.com#form7" method="post">
...
</form>
