another job for someone

i want to rent a server from some were like managed.com
and i want to fill it with files for makeing different stickers then i want to rent out slots to people in the trade

i e
they get an upload /download slot free and and can up 1 file and take down 3

or

they pay a monthly subscription to download as much as they want

so i would need some king of ftp set up also some kind of control panel to allow me to make accounts and monitor speeds ect

now in my youth we used to do this with dvds ect and used a linux server with glftpd

how ever the man who used to set this up for me seems to have disappeared

so any 1 want the job get in touch
