table not showing through option

is it not possible to fix this problem?

the table partially hides behind the select box. I've posted this before but nobody told me whether it can be fixed or not. apperently it's an IE issue...but can it be fixed??

Form elements are always positioned on top. You could try changing the z-index but I don't think you'll have much luck I'm afraid.
