Cant figure out how to fix page

My page works fine in IE but isn't working well in Firefox (and firefox's minions)
I have got everything the way I want it with the exception of the text in the center of the page. Please help, I have been to the validation page and it is no help.

Hmm the validation page is meant for you to fix your errors. Add a doctype to your page. If you don't know what a doctype is search on www.w3schools.com for doctype.
