need new drop down menu with link to payments

hi i use paypal for payments

i would like to continue useing them
but i need more options they allow me 10 menu items but i need atleast 50

for exaMPLe i have to use 5 cart menus toget them all listed

so what i need is a drop down cart were they select pictur number / mug colour/amount of mugs so it will give me the results like this pic47/whitemug/3mugs

and it must also go to paypal so when they select there dropdown menu type stuff then click buy it adds it to cart then sends u to pay with paypal

and if possible i would like an option were they can print there order and pay by cheque postal order ect .
