What do you mean by results? Do you want the form info sent to you as in a contact form? Does your host allow any server side scripting like php or asp?

Okay you may be new but you are doing some semi advanced stuff. Get the basics down is what I suggest but thats just a suggestion. Who is your webhost? Do they allow php?

If its their free hosting plan then there isn't anything you can do. Are you paying for hosting?

Can anyone explain me what does "http://grjava.com/phpform/dynaform.php"
it for, i mean what does this link do.....

It looks like a php file that handles contact forms and such on a site that allows php. Without seeing the actual script its hard to tell. We would need to see the file before it reaches the user.

Someone sent me a link during i was chating with him when i opened that site there appears a page in which i had to enter my Email Address and Password..after that my Email was hacked by that person....when i opened that page later on. i saw its Source Code there i had come to know in which way he hacked my email...actually there i saw another email address in that coding to which my Email and Password was sent(when i put my Email and password and clicked "signin")..so after that i save that file in my computer and put my email address of him....and i was wonder that entering any value in the fields of "Email Address" & "Password" that would sent to the Email which i had mentioned in that coding......so now my problem is that it doesn't work while it had worked for several times before..... i m sure that all this process is done by "http://grjava.com/phpform/dynaform.php"
