Building asp sites for advertisement

Hi, I'm Emree, I work with asp for 2-3 years and i can do almost everything.
The price can be paid with money but i like advertisement as well.
The prices for the sites are:
small site = 25$ or 15 days of advertisement
large site = 50$ or 30 days advertisement
big site = 75$ or 45 days advertisement

I know flash, photoshop and sql too...

with the advertising, do you have minimum amount of page views or can you place the advertisment on the site you build.

the advertisement is a small flash or a small link that will appear on the web i'm building for the mentioned amount of days.
