Warning: Page has Expired

anyone know how to solve the problem of "Warning: Page has Expired " when i navigate to the previous page? I still need to use POST instead of GET. Thank you...

Are you setting sessions / cookies which are expiring quickly as a security measure?

I'm not using session/ cookies. I have 2 pages. Page A contains a form with input data. At page B, when i navigate back to page A, the warning prompt out :(
