take a screenshot from a movie?

I can't figure out how to get a screenshot from a movies thats playsing in WMP, when I paste it into photoshop, its blank.

I believe you can turn off "video" acceleration in Media player or the windows system and then take screenshots, but this is only what I have heard, and I have never tried it for myself, so you may need to go a google search to check.

Yeah that is exactly what you need to do in order to get it to work.

How do I do that?

Options | Performance | Its towards the bottom, drag the slider to the left.
