newbie. trivial. creating blinks in ImageReady

This is too simple for words, my apologies.

I need to create a 2-frame image, 1st transparent, 2nd a solid colour, alternating by 0.5 of a second.

I can't make it work, and I know so little that I can't understand what I'm doing wrong or the tutorials I read. Could someone direct me to the most basic tutorial that exists?

What you could do is google it, or check pixel2life.com which is a great tutorial place. I dont work with blinkies but googling alot of things you have question about can help you out..
