Looking for info... please help [Archive]

Hi, I'm new to the forums and have a quick question to ask...
Im trying to do a similar effect as on the http://www.tigerweekly.com/ main page where when you roll over different cells in they change color and so does the font. I also want to replicate how you dont have to click a link you can just click anywhere in the cell. Not so interested in the tabs they use.

Could someone point me in the direction of a tutorial for this? If not what scripting language is this?
