Please see the attached menu-right-staff.html file in IE.
The list bullet image appears on top of name.
This is working right in Firefox.

How to fix this problem

I don't download files from forums. It would be easier if you put up the files on a free webhost or something.

Please see http://www.geocities.com/sugata_bhar2002/html/menu-right-staff.html

I have uploaded the page there but the bullet is not showing

The bullet image is menuleft-square-purple.gif.

If u see colorscheme_aboutus_staff and othestaff entries in the style.css in the css folder it will be clear what i want

The bullet isn't showing up because you haven't seemed to upload it to the proper directory.

The bullet is in http://www.geocities.com/sugata_bhar2002/html/images/menuleft-square-purple.gif
