I could use some help

I have started to learn Java script and it is making no sense at all. Does anyone know where I can learn the basics without looking at large scripts which I don't understand?

yup ill back quack up on that one, thau's tutorial is great because most javascript books look like rocket science the first time you look at them. also dont try to get into variations of javascript like DHTML untill you get a good grip on javascript basics. good luck!
