Looking for a full time designer - Paid Monthly

Before I post this I would like to say that this not my company, but rather the company I am a part of. I am employed, but also very good friends with the owner.

The yesthat network is starting to come together; the only thing we are currently lacking is a decent designer to help with our projects. We currently are on the look out for one talented designer who will be able to work full time. (8 hours a day, 5 days a week).

Duties will include:
- Designing website layouts
- Forum skins
- Templates
- Logos
- Icons
- Developing ideas
- Creative input on current and future projects

Photoshop skills are a must, any other design software is a bonus.

This is an off-site job. Communication will be made though MSN, Skype or just phone.

To add a little onto here, you will be required to have good communication skills and will most likley be working with myself, jon and possible other company associates. You will need to be prepared to talk on the phone/skype to myself and Jon, and be aware that in many cases it will be myself managing you, not Jon.

I know I'm breaking my own rules, but there isn't a set price for position. I am posting this on behalf of my employer as I said, and he would prefer to have a statement in which you include your expected salary.

No I'm afraid not. We already have a highly skilled part-time designer, but full time is required becuase of the amount of work needed. In the world of work, an 8 hour day is about average, but I'm guessing you are still in education.
