Everytime I switch my PC on the Proxy setting in explorer Tools>Internet Options>Connection>Lan Settings keeps re-checking itself. I switch it off but it keeps coming on whenever I restart the PC.
This causes a problem as it has to be off for me to check my web based emails.
I use Windows 98, IE 5.5.
Any idea why? And how to solve this?
