help with xp skins

I am looking for something like Windows Blinds but that is free...is there any good software like this? if you know any...please help

Have a look at XPize...I'm not sure if the latest version contains what you're after though. I use 3.2

If you just want to be able to use other visual styles in XP, the free solution would be to search for the patched version of the dll that controls the visual styles that lets you add more. I can't remember the name of it off the top of my head but I know it is out there.
