Do you guys know any cheap webhost that offers CGI and PHP feature? Make sure it's cheap though :thumbsup:

I use Blue host. They are fairly cheap and I believe they allow that.

What's considered cheap?

Measuring price with features and service,
I would go with something like www.ipowerweb.com

... ends up being about $100/year for everything
including domain name, PHP/MySQL, cgi-bin, SSI ... etc.

I guess I consider anything under $100/year to be cheap.
