Problem with FormMail - 'send' button is in results

Hi,

I've just set up a form, the actual script was preinstalled (hostgator). And I have two small problems.

Apostrophes are not showing up in the e-mail as you can see, and the submit form button is the last result in the e-mail. Why is that info being mailed?

Here's the HTML for the submit button:

Edit, fixed that send button problem! - Why is Outlook (and Outlook Express) not displaying apostrophes though? Is that the encoding on my PC or something to do with the script?
