Need a bit of help really as I'm fairly new to PS.
Here's a quick thing I made to be on the top left of a site (for the banner/logo).
Now I want some extra neon piping coming out of the S going horizontally and then fading, and some piping coming out of the M and going vertically then fading. I hope you understand what I mean (otherwise I'll draw on what I mean!) ?
Also how do you change the colour of a shape once you've already created it?

When you say PS are you referring to PaintShop? or Photoshop?

basically I wrote out the type and rotated it to resemble yours. On the side of the S it's just the line tool and moved to fit against the end of the S. On the M it's the bottom corner of the M copied and rotated to make the curve and then a line tool. slap those 4 layers together for the base.
Then I duplicated the layer and the bottom layer added a Guassian blur to it. Then copied it and lightened it and adjusted the opacity a little. That pretty much duplicated what you had already.
Then I cntrl+clicked the unblurred original layer. made a new layer and expanded the selection 1px. stroked it with white. duplicated and blured a little.
That gave the white edges to it.
Then go back and select the original type layer. Make a new layer att the very top. Red and Green Gradient fill. Blend>Vivid Light. Copied that layer and blured it a little.
Then above that black>transparent gradient a little to cob\ver up the ends of the added pipe.
sound (look) about right?

Can you do me a huge favour? Send/upload the .psd file. I can't really see how to do it myself so if I look at it it may help me! Thanks
