PHP CODER TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING
MEMBER SYSTEM
-Members Can Register...
-Can Make a photo album. and upload there own pictures and write a discription.
-the image they upload will go into a folder were all images go.
-On there members page it will show there pictures and discripting in photoalbum.
-Member can make profile.
-Member can have a garge page were they can uplaod pictures of there cars
-All the images in the folder will show at random on a specifed page.
ADMIN SECTION
-Admin can edit users / profiles
-Admin has a list of pictures will a thumbnail and able to delete it from folder.
exaclty like www.rcuniverse.com were it says Member Photo on the left
