Valadating Quicktime

Is it possilbe to valadate quicktime in HTML 4.01 Transitional

This is the code im using, and it comes up with a lot of errors

<embed src="movs/logo.mov" autostart="false" width="200" height="216">

any ideas on code that valadates?
