Solved! Credit where credit is due?

Can I include text on my webpage,I found on another website, If I add a link to the website, stating that is where I found it?

If you actually take text from the site, you might want to look at any disclaimers that are on there. Typically you would need to permission to reproduce any copyrighted text unless stated otherwise (though there are some exceptions). I nice e-mail to the webmaster might all you need.
