Transparent Text

Hi,
Does anybody know how to make transparent text over an image using PSP 8 ( a bit like the sky one) to see what i mean follow the link below and look at the top banner,

Does PSP have a distort filter?

If it has, you can use it to create that effect. There used to be a really good tutorial at www.gurusnetwork.com about how to do that with photoshop, but I can't find it anymore.

Oh sorry, was looking at the wrong sky image :o .

That one that is on the main image, just looks like white text with a little opacity, maybe around 6% to get it look like a clear object, embossed with an outline put on.
