Hello,
My name is Aaron Connelly and I am part of a Development team (a team that is in the process of still finding members;))
Positions Open:
Website Designer (PSD format, slicing etc...)
Flash Designer
Logo Designer
ASP/SQL Coders
C/C++ Coders
Now, the only requirement is that you yourself are a Freelancer. We are not looking for companies etc... You must be able to chat via AIM or MSN (if by phone even better) and be somewhat avialable. We are not wanting you to be around 24/7 haha ;)
We have a job forum and post jobs then we form the team for that project then get to work. If you bring the job you receive a %5 finder payment and then are project manager. Then the payment is split based on the project time.
We are all professionals who have atleast 5-20 years experience so please no beginners(sorry), we are looking for really good workers.
