Can't see Web folder at wwwroot level when ftping into Web server.
I am working with a new client who currently hosts their Web site - on site. I can successfully see the Web server wwwroot level via ftp, and can see all folders located here - except the folder containing their Web site. Their network person says that they have given me full access to this folder, however I am not able to see it. I am not sure what to suggest to them at this point.

What should the folder be named like? If you can't find a folder with that name than you can refute the supposition that they've given you "full access".
Some installations may use the root directly, while others may use a folder named something like "public" or "publichtml"; the person or department that set up the server really is the one to give this information.

Indeed, and tell them to setup your user account with a default directory to the folder you want

Also, if they are using IIS for their FTP server, if they created a virtual directory so that you could get to the website, the network admin might not be aware that FTP VDs in IIS are a little strange. They don't actually show up in the list when you browse the folders on the FTP site. So maybe try manually instructing your FTP client to change directories to whatever one they say has the site in it.
