A pretty website, however combined with the fact that you've posted this twice, and that your website which was supposedly created by top designers who strive for quality work failed validation with 37 errors, not to mention a Doctype declaration is missing completely, forcing the site to be validated at HTML 4.01 Transitional, in which it had the aforementioned errors...I wouldn't hire you.
