Could someone help me with a manageable JavaScript action that allows for multiple image preloads for a nav bar.
The design I am working with has about 30 'on' states that I guess should be pre-loaded. I have used a few from the WWW but none seemed to work (Question: How can you TEST a preload?)

I am sure you will get the idea what I am trying to achieve.
Question: Should the Preloader go on every page?
