I have a code that display the controls with fixed width. It works perfectly in IE but it doesnt in Netscape. Could any one suggest a solution for this problem?

i have coded a page temp.asp. In that i have 4 html textbox and a combo box. When we change the browser textsize, the textbox width gets increased and the alignments get changed.Could any one provide a solution to display the html textbox or combobox with fixed width

(Note: Increasing the textsize)
Browser - TextSize:
IE- View- TextSize - Largest
NEtscape - View - TextSize - Increase
