Hi,
I'm wondering... what video formats are most compatible and which should be avoided.
I know I should give viewers a choice... And I am... but I want to narrow it down to 3, max 3.
I love the quicktime format... I love it's MPEG4 (.mp4) format, is that a compatible format? Will everyone be able to view it?
Real .rm, is that a safe format to go with? I don't see around much. It's my second choice for quality.
I don't like using WMV format because its quality stinks! I do animations, and it gives horrible, saturated, watercolors in the rain effect.
So, I'd love to use Apple's .MP4 format... can I without problems? It should play if the user has quicktime, right? In which case, all my targeted viewers will have. If they watch videos, they must have it.
I'd like some insight on this.
Thanks,
Visions
