I've been searching for a portable javascript reference manual for quite some time now. I have been able to find programming manuals for many languages in .chm format, but I've never been able to find a complete javascript manual available to download. I frequently refer to .chm files when I'm writing a perl or php program and I thought it would be nice to have a javascript reference on my computer as well. I had previously been going to w3schools.com anytime I needed information about a javascript method. But after a while it gets quite annoying especially with all of the ads they place on the site.
I finally gave up on using an online reference manual and I've compiled my own .chm help file from the w3schools site. I've included the link to the file below. I hope some of you will find some use for it, especially since it's taken up quite a bit of my time to reformat and compile it. If you decide to use the index tab to search for a method by keyword, just type "the " in front of the method name. Ex: "the escape()" instead of "escape()"

If a moderator or administrator happens to catch this post, please note that I would like to attach the file to this post, but it's 250K and the max size for attachments is 50K.
Cheers. :)
