alt+F5 short cut

Im using a windows 2k OS with an ATI Radeon video card. I was screwing around on a web page and wanted to refresh it with the <F5> key and tried. When it didn't work I tried <ALT>+<F5> and that did a flash of my screen. But what does it actually do? does anyone have a web page of shortcut keys?

That alt+f5 is used to switch between monitors if you were using multiple ones. The ati2evxx.exe is a process that is ran by your graphics card. If it is ended that alt+f5 won't work.
