frames and redirection

hi i have a framed site, with 3 frames below each other. what i am looking for is something that will allow me to click on the link on the top (see image below) and for the link to open a page in BOTH frames below it. Is it possible? :eek:

lol yeah but it looks ok, and it works. php is a bit wierd to me still, and everything else is just crazy
