Image Ready Rollover Question

hi there, ive created a rollover button in image ready and was wondering is there a easy way to move the rollover at the same time as moving the static layer?

im repositioning buttons and its a pain having to try and line up the rollover layer exactly under the top layer. ive tried holding down ctrl!

layers in Adobe apps?
have you linked the layers?

select one and click the box next to the eye on the other one so a little chain displays there.... is that what your asking??
