pulldown menu when mouseOver an image

I want to how to program in a way when I mouseOver an image at my menu bar, a pulldown menu will pop up automatically and when mouseOut the pulldown will be disappear.
Just like http://www.fortworth.com/ . The pulldown menu can be made either plain text or gif
