What programing tool do i need to make maps for computer games ... and how do you make a batch file copy stuff from desktop and put it where ever.. someone plzz help

Most games have their own SDKs that are specific to the game that let you do things like make maps. They shouldn't be hard to find but it might depend on the game.

okay thx ... i still am having the problem with the batch file... and is java used to make games

It can be but it depends what time of game you are talking about. If you are talking big, main stream games, Unreal, Half-Life, etc. definetly not. Java suffers from being slow although it doesn't work cross platform.

My mistake, I ment to say that it does work cross-platform. Just a small typo.
