Trouble uploading flash

ok, im using web shell 3 to build my website: paulandcompany.net which is hosted by IX webhosting

It wont let me upload! Same with photobucket.com

I also need the code, once i upload it, to show the flash document

help is greatly appreciated, TH4NKS!

Try connecting to your web server via FTP and using that to upload the flash movie if their web interface doesn't allow it.
