Trouble viewing sites - IE

Hi,

I am having an unussual problem.. hoping someone can help me.

I am trying to view a site.. it is: http://www.artisanmolds.com

When I view this site - I dont see any of the pictures, the links are all blue and underlined (because its not reading the CSS file). Problem is, everyone else is able to view these no problem.

I see what the issue is.. It is looking for eg. http://www.artisanmolds.com/style.css but it is reading it as http://artisanmolds.com/style.css and cannot find.

Is there something in my IE options that would cause this?
