Time Refreshing

I posted this before and was told to ask about Java

I have made time in PHP down to the second using timezone of my choice.

I want it to autorefresh but not autorefresh the whole page just like the time going up. is this possible?

One method in Javascript would be to re-run the function every second by including setTimeout in your timeFunctionName()
