Displaying local time (live)...

I wondering if there is a way using JavaScript or Flash or something to display the local ASP TIME but in a live manner. When you just display the ASP time on a page, unless the viewer refreshes the page, it says at the old time. I am wanting to somehow display the time in a lively manner. Any comments or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
