A blog is somewhat like a journal embedded in your website..

Did you want to embed your entire blog in an iframe? Why...an iframe is an HTML element, displaying a web page, in another web page. Maybe you mean putting part of your blog in a 'display' iframe in your main page...kind of like this (very stylish) site:

More details....are you using a blogger-type tool?

General info:
http://www.freesources.net/authoring/html/iframe.htm
http://www.yourhtmlsource.com/frames/inlineframes.html
Examples:
http://www.google.com/search?q=iframe+blog&btnG=Google+Search&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8
By 'tool' I meant a program like blogger to get your bloggy up-and-running. I assume there's support for this technique there, since so many are opting for it.

A message (tag) board is on the right hand side of the page. No reason why you cannot have a blog in an Iframe.
