Win XP Auto Update

Hi Guys,

With the introduction of SP2 for Win XP auto updates feature in the setup. If auto updates are set off winxp will produce a popup with the info to switch auto updates on.
Any of you Guys found a way to disable that popup?

You could try disabling the security center service, however if you did this then your AV and firewall status wouldn't be monitored either.

If you want to leave the security center on, you can go in there and one of the options is to ignore the automatic update status.
