Creating this in Fireworks?

Does anyone know how to create this background in Fireworks- http://weststigers.rleague.com/bg.htm

I need to create it in another colour but I am not sure how.

is it me, or is that nothing but a completely black square?

i think it is acctually lots of black squares bordering eachother...could be wrong though

I just made a canvas 25px by 2 px, zoomed in about 600% and drew two small rectangles of the correct color.

wow, maybe I'm seeing things but it sure looks like black and grey stripes to me!
