tabstrip - need a basic one

Could anyone recommend a 'tab strip' component?
- asp.net (VB) with client side post-back
- works across a range of browsers (not just IE)
- preferrably free

Here's what I'm trying to do:

Replace the "radio button list" selectors:

with tabs:
