distorting the shape/text

I have this text vector (see file attached).

I want to distort it to the red points... The only thing I manage to do is to distort it to the green dots.

anyone know what to do?

using photoshop?

You don't want to "rasterize the layer?
is this because you want to maintain vector-ness or because you want to be able to edit the text?

If editing text isnt an issue then I'd change it from a "text layer to an actual Path and distort...

or you should just be able to rasterise the layer and edit distort,,.... but i dont really understand what your trying to accomplish or the constraints, so....
