MySQL HELP!!

Hi,

PROBLEM1

I am really stuck.
I am trying to make a page that allows you to upload a .txt file to a MySQL table called 'Session'.

I have tried to follow an example Access tutorial and change the connections.

Totally stuck!! Can anyone supply the necessary code/point me in the right direction.

PROBLEM2

I want to be able to search a table called Members
So they type in text and it searches different columns.
Coloumns i need to search are:
Name, Place and Age.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
