Finding a Perl Script - newbie

I am new to Perl and just been learning the basics from Web tutorials. I am looking for a Perl/cgi script that enables me to create, send and view greeting cards.

I have tried searching the web but it only brings up websites that already have this feature.

If anyone knows any sites, scripts that I can use to do this it would be a great help.
