Hi all,

Long time no speak. Hope all is well.

Just doing the rounds and letting everyone know that I have joined forces with a developer called Jon Tan, and we have a new site www.gr0w.com for you to checkout.

We are using it as a place to display our own work (as our corporate identity), and also as a place where we can publish articles and code snippets etc that we feel the designer/developer community may find useful.

We are also developing a suite of tools under the Gr0w AMOS banner that we will be offering to the community. First out of the gate is Gr0wSearch.

Would you be able to check out the site and give us some feedback ?

Cheeky I know, but if you don't ask, you don't get..

Respect and regards,

Paul Whitrow

Looks really nice.

Only thing I don't like about it is (in IE at least), the currently selected menu item is like 1px higher than the rest of the menu. This leaves a small white line above the menu which I don't think looks too good. Maybe it was your intention to do that so it appears the selected item is in front - but that's just my opinion!

Can't really fault the rest of it, scales nicely and the colours are nice. Good logo too. :)

Hi Mark,

Thanks for that.

See what you mean about the white line. Not sure if this was intentional of if Jon just missed it. I'll check with him and see what he says.

Also, did you try Gr0wSearch ? and if so, what did you think ? (I know all this seems naff, but I'm not looking for praise, just opinions in order to improve things).

I just tried the 'Gr0wsearch' - seems to work pretty well. :)

ahhh... glad you like it.

We put a lot of hard work into getting that right.

We think it could be extremely useful to a lot of designers who don't have either the time or rescources to be able to add such functionality to their own projects. Hence we are practically giving it away for a 1 as we want as many people as possible to benefit from it.

Just to let you know we will be releasing other 'plug-ins' soon, such as Gr0wBlog and Gr0wShop.... keep watching.
