Are there any content management systems out there that are comparable to Macromedia Contribute?

We have been using Contribute, but it has been giving us connectivity problems.

I want something very similar to Contribute - desktop application, simple to use (for users), WYSIWYG, template based, interacts with active directory/ldap. Only we need something that actually works.

Any suggestions?
